Your location falls under tougher age-verification rules. That changes little in this issue, because nothing is embedded anyway: the start button is an ordinary link, and the partner site runs its own age verification when you get there.

Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This guide contains written text and outbound links only. It stores no photos or videos of anyone. Still, if you hold rights in something that appears here and you did not allow its use, we want to hear about it.

How to send a notice

Notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, reach us through the contact form. Pick “Copyright (DMCA) notice” as the reason and include:

  1. Who you are and how we reach you: full name, postal address, telephone and an email we can answer to.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
  3. The exact web address on shemale-video-chat.com where the material appears.
  4. Your good-faith declaration that the rights holder, its agent or the law has not permitted this use.
  5. Your assurance that the notice is correct, together with a declaration under penalty of perjury that the right is yours or that you represent its owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature; typing your full name counts.

We act on complete notices promptly and remove or disable the material in question. Knowingly false claims can create liability under § 512(f).

Counter notice

If something you published was taken down by mistake, use the same form and give us: your name, address and phone number; the address where the material appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your own judicial district (living outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found); and, last, your signature. The counter notice is then forwarded to whoever filed the original complaint.

Material on cam platforms

Streams, recordings and profile pictures live on the platforms themselves, not here. Each platform runs its own takedown process, so please send those requests to the platform directly.

Concerns about minors

If you ever suspect that a minor appears on any website, report it without delay through the CyberTipline, run by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. You may also tell us through the contact form, and we will remove any link concerned at once.
